Return Policy
Childrens Treasure Chest wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Prior to making a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order. We want you to be informed about the item(s) you are purchasing.
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s). We will refund the purchase price but we will not refund the original shipping charges. This does not apply to special or custom orders. If shipping was included with the purchase price the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must EMAIL us @ tkbenterprises@comcast.net to receive authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.
For items damaged during shipment, contact us immediately for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items, all item(s) MUST be in the original box and all packaging must be included. Childern's Treasure Chest will assume the return shipping charges for the defective products only. As with all returns, please email us @ tkbenterprises@comcast.net to receive authorization or you may simply refuse the shipment if damage is evident at time of delivery.
Note: Please allow 30 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.
All returns without prior authorization will be refused and not credited.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. If the order has not been processed we will be happy to process the cancellation for you. If it has already been shipped then unfortunately the customer will be responsible for the shipping, including rejected shipments. Personalized items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

In the event of a shipping delay or backordered item, Children's Treasure Chest will notify you promptly and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. We do not currently have a printed catalog at this time.
